Shipping Policy

By completing an order with AmiaXO and processing your payment, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

Order Information

Once your order is received, please allow 1-2 business days for this to be processed.  Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or NZ Public Holidays but will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

Where do we ship to?

We ship within New Zealand and extend out to Australia, USA and the Pacific Islands. (Please note that some items such as our adhesive products (ie nail glues) may be removed as they may be prohibited to ship internationally!!

*Rural Shipping: If you are located in a Rural area, please ensure to click the ‘Rural’ option on check out when purchasing. On processing your order, you will be notified to cover the additional costs for delivery if the incorrect shipping rate is used. Your order will only be completed as soon as additional shipping charges are paid.

(Please note that shipping to the Islands are currently not tracked. We hope to get tracking option as soon as it becomes available with our shipping provider)

International (USA & Rest of World)

Pick Up

Yes we do offer pick up from Monday to Friday. Pick up is available from Wiri, Manukau, Auckland. Choose the pick up option when checking out. We will contact you via email or text once your order is ready to pick up.

Estimated Shipping times for dispatched orders:

Within New Zealand estimated 3-5 business days.  International orders is estimated 5-15 business days. (Please expect further delays due to COVID-19)

Please allow an extra 2-3 days for Rural deliveries

Delivery Information

You will be supplied a tracking number via an email notification once dispatched, so you can keep track of your package.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you have supplied us with the correct shipping address.  We do not send signature required unless specifically requested and a small fee may be charged for this.

Delayed or Lost Delivery

If your item(s) were in stock when the order was placed, these would have been dispatched within our normal processing times.  Once orders have been dispatched at our end, your order is in the hands of the courier companies.  We give estimated guide times for delivery within NZ and Internationally.  If you haven’t received your order after these times then please contact us at info@amiaxo.com.  Please include your order details along with your parcel tracking number.  AmiaXO™ is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund any orders where we have been supplied an incorrect shipping address.  If the package has been marked as ‘Delivered’ then please check to ensure you have supplied us the correct address for shipping. 

AmiaXO will not be held responsible or obligated to replace or refund any orders that are lost during transit, as it is in the hands of our shipping carrier. Please contact us immediately if items from your order are missing. We will try our best to resolve any issues.

Customs charges – (only applicable on International Orders)

Customs and Duty charges are a legal obligation and country specific.  Please check your own country requirements regarding this.  Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding this.  By placing an order with AmiaXO™ you agree that any payment of customs duties and taxes are your responsibility. AmiaXO™ is not responsible or liable for any customs duties or taxes on international orders. 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure you double check your address before confirming your order.  If a package is returned to us because the address supplied to us was incorrect, you will be required to pay for a second shipping fee to have it resent to the correct address.
