Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges due to health & safety reasons, however we do offer replacements for faulty or damaged products. Although we aim to ensure your products arrive to you safely, we cannot guarantee this once we hand over the parcel to our shipping provider.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@amiaxo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a solution for you.
